Pair of Vintage Floral Design Brooches

Lovely little pair of Vintage Floral Design Brooches.  The first brooch is oval with a vivid red background with blue and red flowers, with the rear of the brooch in a gold tone finish and a working fastener.  Measures approx. 30mm x 20mm.  the second brooch is a gold tone finish depicting two roses with leaves and long stems.  Lovely light weight so easy to wear.  Measuring approximately 50mm x 28mm.

*We cannot be held responsible for delays in the postal system nor industrial action.
* Where industrial action is likely to lead to significant delays (>10 workings days) then your order may be sent via an alternate courier.  This will be made clear in your tracking details once despatched.
* Where a parcel has been deemed as lost due to the length of time elapsed then a claim will be made by the Seller to the courier for recovery of value.  The refund will then be processed to the buyer.  
For UK Destined Items: 
1st Class Signed for = >15 working days plus strike related delays
2nd Class = >20 Working Days plus strike related delays
For International Destined Items:
>23 Working Days plus strike related delays
* Where a parcel is returned to me, where it has been retained at buyers local sorting office and the buyer does not collect, then the buyer shall be responsible for the 2nd postage attempt.  NO refund shall be forthcoming.
* Unless stated Watches will be sold without a replacement battery.  If you require a battery fitted please add this produce from the Watch Department of my store with your watch order.
*Vintage and Antique items will show some signs of wear please bear this in mind. If there is anything significant, I will note it down but cannot be responsible for any omissions. Note that the images also form part of the description.
* I do not clean items prior to listing (with the exception sometimes of Rings and Silver).
* Buyers planning to wear items that are for piercing should clean them before use.
* For clarity Etsy classes anything made before 2003 as Vintage
*I always try to offer the least expensive safety/most secure way of sending items.
* Items are non-returnable
Policy Sale of Antique and Collectable Knives
Where a buyer purchases an antique/collectable knife from my Esty store they will be required to provide proof of age of 21 and over.  This proof must be a driving licence or passport showing age and the address of the buyer.  This must match the buyers name and address where the item will be sent.  If there is any doubt over the identification provided or identity of the buyer, then the sale will be declined, and order refunded.
It is a statutory offence to attempt to purchase OR request another person makes that purchase with the intention of the item being intended for your possession.
Should this item be available to be purchased by an overseas buyer then both laws in that country and shipping restrictions will be reviewed prior to processing the order.  Where the item isn’t available for international purchase please do not attempt to do so.  If there are any queries or issues, the buyer will be contacted.  Any seizure and or confiscation of the item by a receiving country is the responsibility of the buyer.
 
Additional Terms and Conditions EU Customers Only
• Items can take a maximum of 30 days for delivery, although I aim to deliver within a sooner timeframe.
• You have 14 Days from the receipt of item to return if you wish to do so.
• Return Postage is at the buyer’s cost.
• Responsibility for the safe return of the item is the buyer’s responsibility.
• Items damaged in transit on return will not be refunded and the buyer will be required to pay postage for return of the item back to them.
• A refund will be issued within 7 days of the return to my address.
• A return administration processing fee will be deducted from the refund as follows:
O Items under £10 = 25%
O Items £10 - £50 = 20%
O Items £50 - £100 = 15%
O Items over £100 = 10%
• Original Postage if originally charged will not be refunded
